  The Association for Jewish Studies is a learned society and professional organization whose mission is to advance research and teaching in Jewish Studies at colleges, universities, and other institutions of higher learning, and to foster greater understanding of Jewish Studies scholarship among the wider public.

Hanukkah Candle Lighting

The AJS will be hosting Hanukkah candle lighting on Sunday, December 14 and Monday, December 15 at 5:00 pm in the Cherry Blossom Room (2nd floor). Please note that due to fire regulations, candle-lighting elsewhere in the hotel or lighting personal menorahs during the AJS candle-lighting are not permitted.
